Abstract: The methodical approaches to the formation of a logistic-marketing scheme of regional marketing cooperative as a strategic direction of development of business partner systems of vegetable enterprises are offered. The main problems and obstacles concerning creation of agrarian systems at the level of economic entities are considered. The organization of the logistics system of agricultural enterprises as an organizational and managerial mechanism for the implementation of a set of homogeneous structured logistic systems aimed at achieving a specific goal is generalized.
