Abstract

Deep psychology allows you to explain many points in a person’s life. Man shares his place in society with animals. But we never thought about how they affect us, and generally affect why we choose only this animal, and not some other one, and whether or not to have a pet at all. Since this problem is covered in very little depth psychology, it seemed to us interesting. This problem is relevant in our time – a time when people suffer from loneliness, from misunderstandings, from conflicts and difficulties in the family. «Mental defenses» – this is an internally conditioned structural formation of the psyche, which is characterized by a systematic functional manifestations, expressed in the logic of the unconscious. Psychoanalysts note that transference is essentially a repetition of past objective relationships that performs many functions. In clinical practice, the most typical transfer functions are distinguished, such as: finding a belated opportunity for pleasure, as well as avoiding memories; protection from memories; manifestation of obsessive repetition. Successful psychocorrection involves joining forces in finding the causes of communication difficulties and relationships between people. The presence of a pet in the family is already a diagnostic moment. To some extent, domestic animals are substitute objects of their relatives, to some extent, there is a transfer (transfer) of some character traits, the behavior of parents and animals, there are moments of identification with parents. Therefore, we can recommend that parents do not refuse to buy a pet for the child, because this is not a child’s whim, it’s so his psyche, his unconscious solves the internal conflict of personality
