Psycho-pedagogical conditions of educational environment establishment in academic institutions: problems of current Ukrainian educational reforms

Abstract

In the article on the basis of scientific sources and empirical material analysis the psycho-pedagogical conditions of educational environment establishment in academic institutions in the context of current Ukrainian educational reforms problems have been analyzed. The essence of concepts „educational environment”, „psycho-pedagogical conditions of educational environment establishment” has been analyzed. The educational problems, which induce the necessity of teachers’ psycho-pedagogical readiness formation concerning educational environment establishment in academic institutions from the viewpoint of its subjects (pupils / students and teachers) positions in this process have been described. The psycho-pedagogical conditions of educational environment establishment in academic institutions have been singled out. These are: rebuilding of teachers’ motivational and value facilities; training organization on the basis of educational dialogue and mutual respect of both sides, which will promote psychological comfort establishment in the audience; compliance with the didactic requirements for the educational tasks formulation; special organization of pupils / students’ educational and cognitive activity.
