Стаття присвячена дослідженню необхідності забезпечення формування системи управління економічною безпекою системи, яку слід розглядати як сукупність взаємопов'язаних елементів, які відокремлені від середовища і взаємодіяти з ним як цілим. Важливість пріоритетності вибору серед окремих напрямів розвитку підприємства, відповідність стратегії внутрішньовиробничим процесам, а саме: політика управління оновленням. основних фондів, технічне та технологічне переоснащення, впровадження інновацій, система мотивації та розвитку персоналу, обґрунтовано екологічність виробництва.
