The problem of vocational self-determination of students is highly relevant for all countries in the world, as it solves contradictions between objectively existing needs of the society in a balanced personnel structure. It means that the purpose of career guidance system should have a significant impact on the rational allocation of labor resources, life choices of the youth, their adaption to the profession.
