Abstract: In addressing the food security of the country, it is of importance to ensure a stable provision of safe and high-quality food products to all citizens in sufficient quantities and assortment. Environmental pollution and intensive technologies lead to deterioration of the quality of food, to a less healthy lifestyle whose component is proper nutrition.
