Особенности проектирования дистанционных курсов для смешанного обучения

Abstract

Швидкоплинність та мінливість сучасного світу є основними чинниками постійних змін вимог щодо підготовки майбутніх фахівців. Процес впровадження нових інформаційних технологій в навчальний процес не зупиняється та вимагає сучасних рішень в методичних системах навчання. Зокрема, невід’ємним компонентом сучасної освіти є впровадження дистанційних навчальних курсів як у процесі очного, так і заочного навчання. Для організації заочного навчання дистанційний курс стає не тільки джерелом отримання знань, але й комунікації з викладачем та одногрупниками на відстані. В очному навчанні дистанційний курс служить підтримкою навчання, оскільки є ефективним засобом для організації самостійної роботи та доступу до навчальних матеріалів. Автор розглядає особливості проектування дистанційного курсу «Технології розробки веб-додатків», що пропонується для підтримки навчання студентів інформатичних спеціальностей педагогічних вищих навчальних закладів як денної, так і заочної форм навчання. Зміст курсу відповідає сучасним вимогам веб-проектування та знайомить студентів з різними інструментами створення веб-додатків. Практично всі заняття можуть проводитись дистанційно, лише залікове заняття проводиться в очному режимі. Проте, змішане навчання передбачає очні зустрічі та активне спілкування з викладачем, тому передбачено також аудиторні заняття та діяльність студентів, що передбачає формування певних компетентностей. При організації навчання студентів заочного відділення очні зустрічі можуть бути замінені онлайн-заняттями у формі вебінару. При цьому враховуються всі аспекти проведення такого заняття та застосування особливих активних методів навчання на відстані. Виявлено, що ефективність організації дистанційного навчання залежить від психолого-педагогічних чинників комунікації в мережі як особливого виду спілкування. Крім того, організація навчальної діяльності студентів у системі дистанційного навчання зорієнтована переважно на самостійну навчальну роботу та на зміну способів взаємодії між суб’єктами навчання. Тому активізація самостійної роботи студентів є важливим аспектом організації навчання в межах дистанційного курсу.

The transience and volatility of the modern world are main drivers of the constant changes in the requirements for training of the future specialists. The process of introducing new information technologies into the educational process doesn’t stop and requires modern solutions in methodological training systems. In particular, an integral component of the modern education is the introduction of distance learning courses both in the course of full-time and distance education. As for organization of the distance learning, the distance course becomes not only a source of knowledge, but also serves as a means of communication with the teacher and classmates at a distance. In full-time education, the distance course serves to support the learning process, because of being an effective means of organizing independent work and access to educational materials. The author considers the features of designing a distance course "Technologies for developing web applications", which is offered to support the teaching process of the students of computer science specialties in pedagogical higher educational establishments for both full-time and distance (part-time) forms of education. The content of the course meets the modern requirements for web design and introduces various tools for creating Web applications for the students. Practically all the classes can be conducted distantly, with the exception for final lesson (test) which is conducted in the classroom. However, blended teaching process involves face-to-face meetings and active communication with the teacher, there are also classroom activities and students’ activities, providing formation of certain competencies. When organizing teaching process of the part-time students, face-to-face meetings can be replaced by online lessons in the form of a webinar. At the same time, all aspects of conducting such a lesson and applying special active methods of distance learning are taken into account. It has been revealed that the effectiveness of organizing the process of distance learning depends upon the psychological and pedagogical factors of communication in the network as a special kind of communication. Besides, the organization of the student learning activities in the distance learning system is primarily focused on independent studies as well as on changing ways of interaction between subjects of learning. Therefore, the activation of independent work of students is an important aspect of organizing studies within the distance course.
