Organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of higher education system in Ukraine

Abstract

The development of society in the information age causes the necessity in development of new approaches to provide national economies functioning. The importance of intellectual component increases. It becomes a dominant factor in economic growth and competitiveness. Formation of the intellectual potential of society is influenced by many factors, and the system of higher education is one of mentioned factors.
