Civilizational approach to the evolution of the views of society on disability

Abstract. On the basis of analysis of reference, historic and philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature is reviewed the evolution of the views of society and the state for persons with specialities of psycho-physical development of a civilized approach as the unity of the progressive process of mankind development, in which distinguishes certain stages of cyclical development of society: the period of the establishment of society, the period of maturity of society, industrial, postindustrial and informational periods.
