dc.description.abstract The article presents a method for determining the shear forces in longitudinal reinforcement and the torsional stiffness of a reinforced concrete element with a normal crack. To determine the mutual displacement of the faces of a normal crack, a plane rotation of the section relative to the torsion center is considered. It is shown that the external torque is perceived due to pure torsion and shear in longitudinal reinforcement and concrete. uk_UA
