Activity-Based Learning as the Baseline for Creative and Critical Thinking Skills Enhancement

Abstract

Nowadays educators recognize the importance of activity-based learning as an essential learning technique for the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Activity-based learning is considered as the process of learning by doing. As opposed to asking kids to simply listen and take notes, activity-based learning encourages students to actively participate in their own learning experience through practical activities such as problem-solving and independent investigation.
