Abstract

The systemic crisis in the area of socio-economic development of territories is a consequence of the lack of a modern mechanism for managing the development of territorial communities based on relevant development programmes. In the economies of most countries, the tourism the tourism industry allows to stimulate not only economic and social development of the regions, and also plays a significant role in increasing revenues of the state and local budgets.
