This section of the monograph studies the formation of information in the accounting system and analyses production stocks for their efficient use. In today's business environment, one of the key areas of increasing the market value and competitiveness of enterprises is the rational management of assets, in particular, production stocks. On the one hand, accumulated inventories ensure the sustainability, continuity and rhythm of an enterprise's operations and guarantee its economic security, while on the other hand, at the level of large industrial enterprises, they require large capital investments. For any enterprise to function effectively, it is necessary to attract significant resources in the form of current assets, such as inventories, which will be used for the efficient conduct of business, production of finished goods or provision of services. The need of the management for reliable data during the period of shortage of materials in the domestic market under martial law in the country increases the requirements of the enterprise management body to the inventory accounting apparatus and requires timely and high-quality control over their effective use, systematic establishment of logistics links.
В розділі монографії проведено дослідення формування інформації в системі бухгалтерського обліку та аналіз виробничих запасів для їх ефективного використання. У сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу одним із ключових напрямів підвищення ринкової вартості та конкурентоспроможності підприємств є раціональне управління активами, зокрема виробничими запасами. З одного боку, накопичені виробничі запаси забезпечують сталість, безперервність і ритмічність діяльності підприємства, гарантують його економічну безпеку, а з іншого - на рівні великих промислових підприємств вимагають великих капітальних вкладень. Для ефективного функціонування будь-якого підприємства необхідно залучати значні ресурси у вигляді оборотних активів, таких як запаси, які будуть використовуватися для ефективного ведення господарської діяльності, виробництва готової продукції або надання послуг. Потреба керівництва в достовірних даних у період дефіциту матеріалів на внутрішньому ринку в умовах воєнного стану в країні підвищує вимоги органу управління підприємством до апарату обліку запасів і вимагає своєчасного та якісного контролю за їх ефективним використанням, систематичного налагодження логістичних зв'язків.
