The article deals with the use of interactive technology as an effective means of
future teachers training at higher educational establishments. Actual models of training with their
advantages and disadvantages are presented.
Being trained by interactive technology, students realize that the teacher appears as the
organizer of educational process, tutor, interlocutor, like-minded person. By means of interactive
technology students’ traits of democratic citizen and democratic teacher are developed.
The use of interactive technology in training enables the future secondary school teacher to
become an active fellow of pedagogical interaction, capable of independent organization of the
activities aimed at solution of specific professionally oriented problems.
The use of group trainings, having a special role among interactive forms of teaching and
upbringing, is important to ensure students’ mastery of interactive technology.
National and foreign experience to date proves that interactive technology promotes
intensification and optimization of educational process. |
