Abstract:
The article provides theoretical substantiation of the structure of professional competence of the future engineer-teacher of the sphere of food production and the influence on it of disciplines of professional training. The most important task of professional training of the future engineer-teacher of the sphere of food production in a higher educational institution is the formation of a high level of professional competence. The analysis of the training program of the future teacher-engineer of the sphere of food production has been analyzed, which showed that in the process of professional training the necessary competencies are not sufficiently formed.
