CHALLENGES OF BLENDED LEARNING IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract

Blended learning changed approaches to language teaching, the changes present many challenges, but for a number of the teachers these changes are bringing considerable benefit to their teaching experience. The teachers are confident that technology is not there to replace them, but to give support in their teaching. With an open attitude towards technology, experimentation and innovation we have possibilities for information and communication technologies (ICT) incorporation in a blended learning environment.

Змішане навчання змінило підходи до викладання мови, зміни викликають багато проблем, але для ряду вчителів ці зміни приносять значну користь їхньому досвіду викладання. Вчителі впевнені, що технологія існує не для того, щоб замінити їх, а для того, щоб підтримати їх навчання. Завдяки відкритому ставленню до технологій, експериментів та інновацій у нас є можливості для включення інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) у змішане навчальне середовище.
