Abstract: Ukrainian system of teacher education is a component of higher education which includes all types of property service of teacher training institutions and authorities in the field of higher education. At the same time, higher education in Ukraine is a "part of educational system based on secondary or vocational education; provided by higher education institutions that are accredited by the competent authorities; aims to meet the needs of society in the preparation of qualified professionals who have mastered the necessary knowledge in a certain kind of economic activity according to the level of higher education established by the state; designed to provide the most complete satisfaction in the development of skills and creativity in the fundamental, scientific, general cultural and professional training of the individual, the possibility of active, free and constructive participation in development; completed assignment of a higher education qualification and receiving document (diploma) on higher education
