Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the phenomenon of the USA rural education partnership in 80-s of XX-th century. Determination and description of social partnership is given, forming reasons and circle of subjects of educational collaboration are outlined and the programs of rural America educational collaboration projects are considered.
