| Abstract: | The main purpose of the study is therefore to assess the place of intellectual property protection through public administration mechanisms in the economic development of the country. The aim can be achieved through the following tasks: investigate the role of intellectual capital in intellectual property; analyse the methodological aspects of assessing the value of intellectual property rights; to implement econometric modelling of the impact of intellectual property protection on the economic development of Ukraine. |
