| Abstract: | The impact of information technology on the development of tourism is huge, because it is directly related to the increase of work efficiency both as a separate tour operator and the entire tourist industry in general. Today this directly affects the competitiveness of firms in the market. The use of computer networks, the Internet and Internet technologies, and software of all business processes of tourism today is not just an issue of leadership and creation of new competitive advantage, but also the survival on the market in the nearest future. |
