The article is devoted to the problems of creating conditions for the im-plementation of inclusion in the field of insurance and the role of innovation in this process. It has been proved that the creation of an inclusive environment in the field of insurance involves removing existing barriers and obstacles to ob-taining insurance protection for potential consumers of insurance services, cre-ating conditions for their inclusion in insurance relations, changing the value system of insurance market and increasing insurance culture. The importance of introducing innovations and digital technologies for the process of building an inclusive environment in the insurance market has been proved. An assessment of current trends and indicators of inclusive development of the insurance mar-ket of Ukraine was made, which revealed their lag in comparison with economi-cally developed countries, as well as showed the positive trends of technological innovation and informatization in the insurance business. It is argued that build-ing an effective inclusive insurance market environment and accelerating finan-cial integration are closely linked to the level of digital and financial literacy, awareness of potential consumers of insurance products about the possibilities of the insurance industry and their understanding of the practical benefits of insurance. It is proved that the need to increase the level of inclusive develop-ment of the insurance market of Ukraine necessitates the joint efforts of financial market participants - by studying and meeting the real needs of consumers, strengthening the responsibility of insurance companies and other financial in-stitutions to customers for failure to fulfill their obligations. authorities - by pur-suing a consistent public policy in this area.
Статтю присвячено проблемам створення умов для реалізації інклюзії у сфері страхування та ролі інновацій в цьому процесі. Доведено, що формування інклюзивного середовища у сфері страхування передбачає усунення наявних бар’єрів та перешкод отримання страхового захисту для потенційних споживачів страхових послуг, створення умов для їх включеності в страхові відносини, зміну системи цінностей суб’єктів страхового ринку та зростання рівня страхової культури. Доведено важливість запровадження інновацій та цифрових технологій для процесу розбудови інклюзивного середовища на ринку страхових послуг. Здійснено оцінку сучасних тенденцій та показників інклюзивного розвитку страхового ринку України, що дозволило виявити їх відставання в порівнянні з економічно розвиненими країнами, а також засвідчило наявність позитивних трендів впровадження технологічних інновацій і процесу інформатизації у страховому бізнесі. Обґрунтовано, що розбудова ефективного інклюзивного середовища ринку страхових послуг та прискорення фінансової інтеграції тісно пов’язана з рівнем цифрової та фінансової грамотності, обізнаністю потенційних споживачів страхових продуктів про можливості страхової галузі та розуміння ними практичної користі від страхування. Доведено, що необхідність підвищення рівня інклюзивного розвитку страхового ринку України обумовлює потребу об’єднання зусиль учасників фінансового ринку — через вивчення та задоволення реальних потреб споживачів, посилення відповідальності страхових компаній й інших фінансових інститутів перед клієнтами за невиконання своїх зобов’язань, а також органів державної влади — шляхом проведення послідовної державної політики у цій сфері.
