The thesis shows that the problem of improving the tax system is currently very relevant due to the transition of the world society to a new model of innovative economic development, energy-saving production, etc. The correct definition of corporate income tax as an accounting object allows to ensure the formation of reliable and timely accounting and analytical information for disclosure of business processes and making effective management decisions on economic and financial issues of enterprise activity. To summarise, the author has determined that currently the basis for determining the corporate profit tax is the financial statements of a business entity.
В тезах досліджено, що проблема вдосконалення податкової системи наразі є дуже актуальною у зв'язку з переходом світового суспільства до нової моделі інноваційного розвитку економіки, енергозберігаючого виробництва тощо. Правильне визначення податку на прибуток підприємств як об'єкта бухгалтерського обліку дозволяє забезпечити формування достовірної та своєчасної обліково-аналітичної інформації для розкриття бізнес-процесів та прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень з економічних та фінансових питань діяльності підприємства. Підсумовуючи, визначено, що наразі підставою для визначення податку на прибуток є фінансова звітність суб'єкта господарювання.
