Use of fluidization tunnels of shock freezing for raspberries

Abstract

The consumer needs quality berry products, not limited to the season. Therefore, more and more producers are freezing berries, the quality of which depends on the functionality of freezing equipment. The Polish company Unidex manufactures highquality tunnels for shock freezing of vegetables, fruits, berries, as well as fish and various meat products. Freezing raspberries, compared to other berries, has a more complex process
