Autor niniejszego opracowania podejmuje problem kształcenia w środowisku
akademickim w aspekcie psycho-pedagogicznym. Pojawiające się problemy
natury wychowawczej skłaniają do podejmowania działań dotyczących m.in.:
motywacji i preferowanego systemu wartości nauczyciela; organizacji pracy
w oparciu o dialog i wzajemny szacunek; komfortu psychicznego, adekwatnego
do wymagań dydaktycznych; aktywności poznawczej studentów
Description:
In the context of European integration process, educational reforms are
being actively pursued in Ukraine. Modernization of education applies to all
its parts: from the preschool level to the academic level of higher education
according to the National Qualifications Framework. Obviously, the education
of each level has its own specifics. At the same time, the common features
are creating an appropriate (productive, efficient) educational environment
for its subjects. The factors affecting the organization and functioning of the
educational environment are also relevant: the conditions under which their
efficiency and performance will be discussed. The need for reforms has been
due to the fact that the current pedagogical conditions for the educational
environment establishment no longer meet the needs of the educational
subjects and objects in Ukraine. Therefore, in our study we propose to extend
the framework of pedagogical conditions to the psychological comprehension of
the educational process – the formulation of the psycho-didactic conditions for
such environment creation. That is, the concept of „educational environment”
and “psycho-didactic conditions for its establishment” is dominant.
