Abstract: The article covers the importance of the pedagogical creativity development of future tutors as necessary conditions for creative potential development of preschool aged children. The essence of the concept of "children's creativity" is considered. Barri­ers blocking the creative development of children of early school age, based on the analysis of innovative concepts creatively gifted preschool aged children, are revealed. The basic principles of professional preparation of future tutors for the creative pedagogical activity in modern preschool establishment, on the basis of synergetic relations- acmeological approach, are defined.
